Eugena Chang

Eugena Chang joined the Minnesota Orchestra cello section in the fall of 2007 and enjoys her “special” status as the youngest member of the orchestra.

The recipient of numerous awards, prizes and scholarships, Eugena has appeared across the nation as a recitalist and chamber musician, and several of her performances have been broadcast on radio and television. In summer 2007 she was soloist in the Schumann Cello Concerto with the National Repertory Orchestra in Colorado under the baton of Gerard Schwarz. In April 2009 she made her Paris recital debut at the Auditorium du Louvre.

In her spare time Eugena loves watching movies, dancing, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines. She adores her two dogs, Bambi and Donky.
